Ridge Ventures consists of a collection of investment funds and other entities, and includes the IDG Ventures SF and IDG Ventures USA funds and their affiliated entities. This Website is maintained and operated by Audion Management Company, LLC, which is a back-office and administrative service entity within Ridge Ventures. In accordance with industry custom, this Website occasionally uses terminology that may be interpreted to suggest that Ridge Ventures is actually a single entity. However, there is no such single entity and all of the entities that comprise Ridge Ventures have their own separate legal existence.
